Flippers
Flippers are responsible for cooking and, of course, flipping our famous Tavern pancakes. This is a prized and coveted job, one of the all-time Pancakes favorites.

Hosts
Hosts are the first faces that Pancakes guests get to see. Hosts stand at every entrance to the Lawn with maps welcoming people and introducing them to Pancakes 2007. Awesome job for people with great speaking, presentation, and people skills.

Decorations
Decorations volunteers can help out making decorations before the event or hanging and coordinating decorations on the day of the event. We want our Lawn to be looking spiffy and beautiful. Artists and handy men and women are welcome!

Diners
We have 6 different themed diners: 3 for Michael J. Fox and 1 each for Mohamed Ali, Johnny Cash, and Janet Reno’s Dance Party. Each diner needs people to stand in costume welcoming and eating with people.

Donation Collectors
The Pancakes are free but we still need to collect donations to go to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. Like dressing up? Like carrying around a bucket with tons of money in it? Like sucking up to strangers for spare cash? This job is for you.

Kid’s Area Babysitters
You won’t truly be babysitting because the parents have to be there to supervise so that you’re not liable but we’ll still have a giant Astro Jump, toys, and fun activities for kids. If you’re a serial baby sitter, camp counselor, or just a child at heart, this job’s for you.

Mixers
We’ve got a ton of batter, water, and eggs but nobody to mix them together. If you love the prep work and want to keep the pancakes flowing, we need you.

Merchandise Crew
You’ve seen the fancy t-shirts from years past and you know this year’s design will be redonkulous but we still have to sell them. All proceeds still go towards the same cause and hey…you might just get a t-shirt yourself.

Entertainment Assistants
Are you a sound engineer, acapella groupie, or just a music freak? We need helpers to facilitate all the great entertainment we’ll have going on during the event.

Raffle Volunteers
Ever wanted to be the caller at BINGO? Be the fancy guy in the suit at the lottery? Well hey, it’s not quite as cool buy you could help sell our raffle tickets and then pick them at the end of the day and give everyone their prizes. The people will LOVE you!

Set-Up Crew
We have a ton of gear and equipment to set up on the morning of September 29. Help us get the griddles, banners, and play toys in the right place and ready to go.

Clean-Up Crew
Are you a dirty boy or girl? Well, we need help picking up trash and making sure our trash cans stay empty. I know it doesn’t sound too exciting but trust me, trash fights are even better than food fights.

Take-Down Crew
When it’s all said and done and time for the football tailgates to start, we need to take all the griddles, banners, and plan toys down in a jiffy so your help would be spiffy.
